Meet our friendly, experienced healthcare professionals at Mobile Health Team! Our entire team is dedicated to helping you and your family members take control of your health.
Dr. Liebeskind is an expert in lipidology, the study of cholesterol. She was one of the first diplomates of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. She also holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, meaning that she treats both adults and children with cholesterol problems. Dr. Liebeskind started the first combined pediatric and adult lipids clinic in North East Wisconsin in 2006 while working for Affinity Health System. During her time at Affinity, she worked with colleagues at Mayo Clinic to create Affinity Health System's COURAGE program, which was later offered by Network Health Plan. She also worked with doctors from across the Fox Valley to bring the first LDL Apheresis Program to NorthEast Wisconsin. (LDL Apheresis is a process for lowering cholesterol in people with very severe genetic diseases.)
Dr. Liebeskind is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and a Faculty Member of the National Lipids Association's Foundations of Lipidology course. She is an expert in Familial Hypercholesterolemia, and other genetic cholesterol diseases. She is a past president of the Midwest Lipid Association. She also serves as a national board member of the National Lipid Association and as Vice President of the Foundation of the National Lipid Association. She is an advisory board member for the Wisconsin Medical Alumni Association (UW School of Medicine and Public Health). In 2018 and again in 2021 and 2023 she was awarded the Midwest Lipid Association's Chapter President's Service Award during the National Lipid Association Scientific Sessions. She has spoken nationally for the National Lipid Association, American College of Cardiology and the American Academy of Pediatrics on topics such as lipid management and medical practice management. A Wisconsin native, she is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Medical School and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky Hospital.
In 2014, Dr. Liebeskind was also named a regional expert in pediatric obesity, serving as a designated Childhood Obesity Advisor for Continuing Health (COACH) for the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Mobile Health Team Founder
Blending her expertise in cholesterol with her fascination with technology, she created an innovative medical practice, Mobile Health Team, in 2014. Using both of these passions, she has also developed tools for kids and families to foster healthy lifestyles. By providing better tools and support, Liebeskind hopes to help patients improve their cholesterol and achieve healthier futures. In 2015, she published 'Adventures in Cholesterol', a 28 page graphic novel created to empower children and parents in managing their cholesterol. She is the founder of Homework For Health, an online teaching resource to help healthcare practitioners, educators and families manage cholesterol.
Passions and Practice Philosophy:
'Although my passions include cholesterol and technology, I feel that the healthy integration of work with family is a must. I love being a Mom and Wife most of all and I feel that those roles bring me a healthy...and often humbled...perspective towards self-improvement and finding your optimal health. I know that there will always be setbacks and roadblocks, but the journey is worth taking. I love working with Mobile Health Team's lifestyle experts to treat the whole person, not just their cholesterol numbers. I hope that by providing better tools and support, I will help my patients improve their cholesterol and move towards healthier futures.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 children, and our new puppy. We love getting outdoors to ski, mountain bike, boat, and hike. I also love cheering them on from the sidelines as my husband coaches and children participate in many sports. I am a coach for Girls on the Run and have found that to be one of the most rewarding experiences by helping girls establish healthy habits, achieve their goals, and find the self-confidence to handle life’s challenges in a positive way.
“I like the opportunity to meet each individual patient at his or her unique place of wellness. From there, I enjoy helping patients identify goals to improve health and strategies to help make those goals a reality. We’re all works in progress! Roasted vegetables. Roasting brings out their natural sweetness; I tell my kids they taste like candy. They don’t really buy it, but it’s their favorite way to enjoy veggies.
Favorite Parenting Moment
Watching them grow overnight! Enjoying that transition from complete dependence to independence. Watching them learn from mistakes, celebrate milestones, challenge themselves, and become their own unique, amazing selves.

8 years of inpatient nursing at UW-Hospital in Madison, helped me to realize I wanted my focus to be on helping keep people out of the hospital. I’m delighted to be a part of a team that focuses on helping people achieve their highest quality of life for as long as possible.
I’m a lifelong athlete and enjoy sharing my passion with others as a fitness professional and volunteer basketball coach for my children.
My favorite part of being an RN is earning the right to hear people’s stories. For me, healthcare is not just about treating disease, it’s about treating people.

Favorite Activity To Do With Your Kids
We love water! So, we really enjoy swimming, hanging out at the pool or at a beach, and fishing. We are also a sports-loving family, and enjoying watching the local favorites (Badgers, Packers, and Brewers), as well as participating in school/league sports.
Favorite Parenting Moments
After a rough day, those sweet moments when one of my boys says 'I love you' and gives you a hug without any prompting!
Activities I Enjoy
I love running and being an active member of Fox Cities Moms RUN This Town running club. I enjoy checking out different local restaurants and dinner dates with my husband. Our family lived in Florida for 3 years, so I also really grew to love just hanging out and soaking up the serenity of a beach (aka 'beach therapy').

Background
I have worked in pharmacy throughout my entire career. I began at a large retail pharmacy in 2000 and earned my pharmacy technician certification in 2003. I later spent time at a large hospital inpatient pharmacy, where I gained experience in sterile compounding, specifically with IVs and TPNs. Most recently, I worked at a small independent pharmacy where I became vaccine certified during the pandemic.
Outside of Work
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. We frequently visit the Northwoods of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula for trail riding and sightseeing. Otherwise, you can usually find us grilling on the patio or cheering for the Packers during the winter.
