Meet our friendly, experienced healthcare professionals at Mobile Health Team!
Our entire team is dedicated to helping you and your family members take control of your health.
Dr. Liebeskind is an expert in lipidology, the study of cholesterol. She was one of the first diplomates of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. She also holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, meaning that she treats both adults and children with cholesterol problems. Dr. Liebeskind started the first combined pediatric and adult lipids clinic in North East Wisconsin in 2006 while working for Affinity Health System. During her time at Affinity, she worked with colleagues at Mayo Clinic to create Affinity Health System's COURAGE program, which was later offered by Network Health Plan. She also worked with doctors from across the Fox Valley to bring the first LDL Apheresis Program to NorthEast Wisconsin. (LDL Apheresis is a process for lowering cholesterol in people with very severe genetic diseases.)
Blending her expertise in cholesterol with her fascination with technology, she has created an innovative medical practice, Mobile Health Team, in 2014. Using both of these passions, has also developed tools for kids and families to foster healthy lifestyles. By providing better tools and support, Liebeskind hopes to help patients improve their cholesterol and achieve healthier futures. In 2015, she published "Adventures in Cholesterol", a 28-page graphic novel created to empower children and parents in managing their cholesterol. She is the founder of Homework For Health, an online teaching resource to help heatlhcare practicitioners, educators and families manage cholesterol.
Dr. Liebeskind is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and a Faculty Member of the National Lipids Association's Foundations of Lipidology course. She is an expert in Familial Hypercholesterolemia, a genetic cholesterol disease. In 2014, Dr. Liebeskind was named a regional expert in pediatric obesity, serving as a designated Childhood Obesity Advisor for Continuing Health (COACH) for the American Academy of Pediatrics. She also serves as an officer for the Midwest Lipid Association and as a board member of the Foundation of the National Lipid Association and the advisory board for the Wisconsin Medical Alumni Association. In 2018 she was awarded the Midwest Lipid Association's Chapter President's Service Award during the National LIpid Association Scientific Sessions in Las Vegas, NV. She has spoken nationally for the National Lipid Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics on topics such as lipid management and medical practice management. A Wisconsin native, she is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Medical School and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky Hospital.
Passions and Practice Philosophy:
"Although my passions include cholesterol and technology, I feel that the healthy integration of work with family is a must. I love being a Mom and Wife most of all and I feel that those roles bring me a healthy...and often humbled...perspective towards self-improvement and finding your optimal health. I know that there will always be setbacks and roadblocks, but the journey is worth taking. I love working with Mobile Health Team's lifestyle experts to treat the whole person, not just their cholesterol numbers. I hope that by providing better tools and support, I will help my patients improve their cholesterol and move towards healthier futures.

Favorite quote: “There is no one giant step that does it. It’s a lot of little steps.” --Peter Cohen
Favorite activity to do with your kids: Anything outside—boating, skiing, hiking, or just going for walks together.
Favorite meal to make with or for your kids: Roasted vegetables. Roasting brings out their natural sweetness; I tell my kids they taste like candy. They don’t really buy it, but it’s their favorite way to enjoy veggies.
Favorite parenting moment: Watching them grow overnight! Enjoying that transition from complete dependence to independence. Watching them learn from mistakes, celebrate milestones, challenge themselves, and become their own unique, amazing selves.

I enjoy patient care and believe each and every one of you are unique individuals striving for optimal health. I am honored to be a part of Mobile Health Team because the patients here are treated as individuals. It is a privilege to share your accomplishments as well talking through the mistakes/failures that you may have encountered. Each mistake/failure we encounter, is a lesson to be learned. We then help each other find another path in which we can overcome the obstacle(s).
“Failure is the key to success; each mistake teaches us something.” - Morihei Ueshiba
Throughout my eight years of nursing, I have acquired experience as a floor nurse, surgery nurse and hospice nurse. I feel that the skill sets I have attained are transferable and will benefit me in my new role at Mobile Health Team.
I graduated from UW - Stevens Point in 2008 with a major in Health Promotion and Wellness with a minor in Psychology. Approximately one year later, I was accepted into a one-of-a-kind online nursing program offered by UW-Oshkosh. This program allowed me to receive my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating with my nursing diploma in one year.
Why are you excited to be a part of Mobile Health Team? I am excited to apply the knowledge that I not only gained in my previous employment, but also the knowledge that I have already acquired working with Mobile Health Team. I am excited to make a difference in people's lives, not only helping them through their health hurdles, but also by guiding them to create a healthier lifestyle as well.
Favorite Activities: I enjoy doing any and all activities outside with my family such as camping, backpacking, hiking and boating.
Favorite Quote: “In the happy moments praise God. In the difficult moments seek God. In the quiet moments trust God. In every moment thank God.” - Natalya Johnson
“I love the ‘aha’ moment – after you have educated, encouraged and motivated someone and they see their hard work starting to pay off. It’s very rewarding to help someone achieve their goals.”
I started my career off as an accountant, but always dreamt of having a job that involved food and fitness. I decided to change careers after my husband and I relocated to Pennsylvania. I have been able to work in different areas of dietetics including healthcare and in a corporate setting, and I’m happy to say that after 10 years of being in the field I still greatly enjoy helping people make positive changes in their lives.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor of Arts – Finance, Michigan State University 1998
- Bachelor of Science – Nutrition and Dietetics, West Chester University of Pennsylvania 2006
- Sodexo Healthcare Services Supervised Practice, 2007
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) 2007
Favorite activity to do with your kids…
Our family plants a garden every year and we enjoy the whole process from planting the seeds to harvesting the veggies. My daughter and I love to do bike rides/runs – she rides her bike while I run with her. She loves to be the ‘carrot’ and have me chase her! We all love the beach and to swim and collect shells. We have two very energetic dogs that we enjoy walking and playing fetch with.
Favorite parenting moments…
Those times when you hear your children talk or watch how they act and think – oh, that came from me. Sometimes you think “uh oh, that came from me” too!
Activities I enjoy…
I enjoy motivating people so much that I pace three local half marathons every year in order to help complete strangers triumphantly cross that finish line. I’m an active volunteer, most recently at the Oshkosh Senior Center and at my children’s school. We are very active in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. I’m the cookie mom for my daughter’s troop and the treasurer for my son’s troop.
Patient and Provider Relations Specialist
“I am passionate about helping people, and seeing them succeed in their journey to good health. The most success comes when a patient feels truly important, that they are an individual, and are treated as such. A patient may not always remember what you did for them, but they will always remember how you made them feel.“

Favorite Quote: Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
Favorite parenting moments: I love discovering new things and places with our daughter. We enjoy playing, cooking, dancing, swimming and other sports, and creating new things together, but my favorite times are in the quiet of the day, snuggled in bed together, reading, and reflecting on the day/week. There is nothing like the feeling of having your child beside you. I always say to her “do you know where my most favorite place in the world to be is?”, and she answers, “right here’’ and she is always right. I believe it’s so important to look your children in the eye and tell them how much they mean to you, how special they are, and how important they are. I always try to let my daughter know how much she is loved, and all the things about her that make her so wonderful. As she grows, I reflect on a quote: Enjoy the little things in life…..for one day you’ll look back and realize they were the big things. And, they truly are, the big things.
“I’d like to think that a friendly greeting and a smile will make every patient that walks through the door feel welcomed, good about themselves and respected. What I like about working with patients is when they smile back.”

“Live each day like it’s your last, life is too short.”
Time spent with my husband of forty-three years playing and caring for our three little dogs, sharing grandparent time, exercising and of course, vacation.
Favorite parenting moments...
Watching our three adult children succeed in their careers, marriages, and parenting and share in the joy and love of our grandchildren. Although I have to admit watching my grandchildren challenge their parents is definitely a plus for me.
“I’m excited to be part of a team that truly cares about their patients like they are family and focus on wellness from the inside out.”

What do you like most about working with patients? My passion is helping people realize that THEY can do anything they put their minds to. It is exciting to work with people because not one person is like another. When working with a group of patients, I view it as building a strong team that will learn from one another.
Favorite activity to do with your kids: Anything that is active! Biking, swimming, basketball, running, snowshoeing, or just walking to school. What better way to start the day!
Favorite parenting moments: Watching my boys play sports and sharing kindness, whether it be helping others learn a new skill, talent, or simply opening the door.
