Emmi programs are free, animated online programs that walk you through important information about a health topic or condition.

Why should I visit Emmi?
Emmi programs help you understand what you need to know to take better care of your health. They are very friendly and easy to follow.
Emmi programs answer your questions - and even ones you didn't know you had!
How long will it take and what should I expect?
Each Emmi program takes about 20 minutes to watch. You can view them as many times as you like in the comfort of your own home or anywhere that has internet access. As you watch the program, you can also write notes and questions you can print out and bring with you to your next medical appointment. You can share the programs with friends or family members.
How to get started:
If your provider has given you an Emmi code already, click below to enter your code, and begin. Depending on what your provider has prescribed, you may see options for one or more programs. Complete your program at your own pace. Your provider will be notified when you have completed your program.

What if I don't have a code and I want to try a program? No problem!
Just register through the link below and choose your program. Then watch for an email from Emmi and Mobile Health Team. It will give you a code to get started. Want to take additional programs? Just repeat this process and choose another topic.

Is this HIPAA Compliant? Why do I have to enter my contact information? Emmi is a HIPAA compliant partner. We collect your information only for the purpose of verifying you are getting the correct class and coordinating your care with your prescribing healthcare provider. We do not share your personal information or email with any other parties.
Are your classes offered in any other languages? Yes, Emmi Classes are also available in Spanish. Go to MyMHT Program and then click the option in the right upper corner to change to Spanish.
